What software do you use for custom digitizing?
We use Wilcom 9.0 ES designer for embroidery digitizing purposes.

What software do you use for Vector Conversion?
We use Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw for Vector Conversion.

Are the price quotes provided free of cost?
Yes. Price quotes and stitch estimates are provided FREE of cost. Email us your artwork and give details (Size, colors, format needed, fabric on which design is sewn etc) and we will get back to you with quote and details.

How can I place my order?
Just email us your order along with the relevant details and attached artwork / logo on dollar1digitizing@gmail.com. We will get back to you with a confirmation email with in 12 hours. Please check your junk/ spam email if you have strict filters and add our email address in your allow list. For rush orders, if we get the email with in the time specified in our Turnaround time page, we will get back to you with a confirmation email with in 2-3 hours.

What type and quality of file I need to submit for custom digitizing?
You can submit jpg, gif, bmp, tif, pdf, ai, cdr, eps, ms word format files. Care about quality? The better the artwork, the better the final product. So it is better to submit a relatively clear image with color separations.

What is the most important information that I need to email you for custom digitizing?
You need to send the following things.

1. Your artwork / logo

2. The desired size (either width or height in mm or inches).

If one side dimension is given, it automatically means that the other side is to be kept in proportion.

3. Your desired format? If not mentioned, we will send you the digitized file in dst format.

4. Number of colors.

5. Any specific optional instructions about stitch count, thread trims and fabric. (we use thread trims mostly where required). If you do not need thread trims, please do let us know.

How would I know if my digitized file is ready?
As soon as your digitized file is ready, an embroidery view capture picture will be emailed to you as an evidence along with the instructions to submit payment. As soon as we get payment from your side, we will email your desired digitized format to you. Please make sure to check your spam settings or add dollar1digitizing@gmail.com in your safe / allow list of inbox. Once a mutual trust is developed, we will send your digitized file and request for payment afterwards.

What is the Payment Procedure?
You will get the payment link in the email to pay for your digitized work. We use 2CO, Ohio (www.2CheckOut.com ) as our reseller. Should you wish to pay via PayPal, 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) will direct you to the SECURE PAYPAL SERVER. Should you wish to pay by credit/debit card, 2Checkout.com will process you payment via their SECURE ORDER FORM. 

As soon as we get a Payment passed status from 2CO (which usually takes a couple of hours), we will email your digitized or vector file.

Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes, you can pay by PayPal.

Why are you using 2CheckOut.com service and not processing payments on your own website/ server?
We have opted for the renowned 2Checkout.com because you can shop with the peace-of-mind, knowing that you are protected from online fraud, by purchasing from 2CO Certified Vendors.

Do you offer free editing for your digitized file?
Nominal editing is done free of cost and complex editing if it is different than originally ordered design is charged very reasonably.

What is .Zip (zipped files) format. How should I open the Zipped file?
Zipped files are "compressed” files that have been "zipped" to make the file size smaller and pack many files in a single file. The designs in Samples page are available for downloading as zipped format. These are various formats with original artwork and digitized artwork packed in a single file for downloading. There are several programs that can unzip designs. Windows XP has a built in feature to unzip the designs. Similarly you can download free version and trial versions of win rar from www.rarlab.com. You can also purchase WinZip at www.WinZip.com or download their trial version.

Do you keep backups of client’s data for custom digitizing and vectors?
Yes, We keep backups of your custom digitized file, vector files, emails and original logos/ artwork for 15 days and destroy the data afterwards.

Do you correspond with your custom digitizing customers personally?
Yes, we correspond with each customer personally and no correspondence is automated. You do not have to sign up or log in and go to a specific location to download your files. All your digitized files are personally emailed to you to your given email address.

Do you also offer credit payment terms to your regular clients?
Yes we are already offering credit payment terms to our regular clients (this amount is ranging from $50 to $350 per client). As with all businesses, when a mutual trust starts developing with new clients, we start offering them credit terms and increase the credit amount accordingly with the passage of time and work load.
